Technical Co-Founder, AI Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product & Technical Co-founder (CPTO) for an AI Compliance Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the core architecture, engineering culture, and security posture of the platform
• Lead the development and release of the product, including a marketing review prototype and subsequent modules
• Recruit and manage the founding engineering and applied AI team while representing the company to customers and investors

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems in production environments
• Full-stack expertise in applied LLMs, human-in-the-loop workflows, and secure multi-tenant SaaS
• Strong understanding of explainability and reliability engineering from direct production experience
• Preferred background in legal tech, RegTech, fintech compliance, or high-trust regulated verticals
• Familiarity with the U.S. wealth management ecosystem and SEC/FINRA workflows
