Technical Co-Founder - AI Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product & Technical Co-founder (CPTO) for an AI Compliance Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the core architecture, engineering culture, and security posture of the platform
• Lead the development and production of various compliance modules, including marketing review and communications surveillance
• Own the training and evolution of the AI model, ensuring explainability and reliability in performance

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems into production environments
• Full-stack confidence across applied LLMs, secure multi-tenant SaaS, and compliance standards
• Strong convictions about explainability and reliability engineering based on production experience
• Preferred background in legal tech, RegTech, fintech compliance, or healthcare
• Experience with the U.S. wealth management ecosystem and SEC/FINRA workflows is highly desirable
