Technical Co-Founder - AI Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product & Technical Co-founder (CPTO) for an AI Compliance Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the core architecture, engineering culture, and security posture
• Ship a marketing review prototype and deliver core modules within specified timelines
• Own the training and evolution of the AI/LLM model, ensuring explainability and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems into production environments
• Full-stack confidence across applied LLMs, secure multi-tenant SaaS, and observability
• Strong convictions about explainability and reliability engineering
• Preferred experience as a founder, founding engineer, or in early-stage technical leadership
• Familiarity with legal tech, RegTech, fintech compliance, or the U.S. wealth management ecosystem
