Technical Co-Founder - AI Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product & Technical Co-founder (CPTO) for an AI Compliance Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the core architecture, engineering culture, and security posture of the platform
• Lead the development and delivery of a marketing review prototype and subsequent core modules
• Recruit and lead the founding engineering and applied AI team while representing the company to customers and investors

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems into production environments
• Full-stack confidence across applied LLMs, secure multi-tenant SaaS, and reliability engineering
• Strong convictions about explainability and reliability engineering based on production experience
• Preferred background in legal tech, RegTech, fintech compliance, or high-trust regulated verticals
• Familiarity with U.S. wealth management ecosystem and SEC/FINRA workflows is strongly preferred
