A company is looking for a Product & Technical Co-founder (CPTO) for an AI Compliance Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the core architecture, engineering culture, and security posture
• Lead the development and release of product prototypes and core modules
• Recruit and manage the founding engineering and applied AI team

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems into production environments
• Full-stack confidence across applied LLMs and secure multi-tenant SaaS
• Strong convictions about explainability and reliability engineering
• Preferred background in legal tech, RegTech, fintech compliance, or healthcare
• Familiarity with the U.S. wealth management ecosystem and regulatory workflows
