Technical Co-Founder for AI Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product & Technical Co-founder (CPTO) for an AI Compliance Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the core architecture, engineering culture, and security posture
• Lead the development and shipping of the product, including marketing review and communications surveillance
• Recruit and lead the founding engineering and applied AI team

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems into production environments
• Full-stack confidence across applied LLMs, retrieval, and secure multi-tenant SaaS
• Strong convictions about explainability and reliability engineering
• Prior experience as a founder, founding engineer, or in early-stage technical leadership
• Familiarity with the U.S. wealth management ecosystem and regulatory workflows
