Technical Commodity Manager
Job Summary
Driving a robust sourcing strategy for flash products, the full-time remote Technical Commodity Manager will manage supplier relationships, provide technology expertise, and ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies during the NPI phase
- Drive supply base strategy by screening BOMs and proposing alternatives or replacements
- Review supplier technology roadmaps to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Science with relevant experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in electronic components, IC, and project management
- Experience in technical commodity management, product development, or quality management is essential
- Hardware design experience is a plus
