Job Summary
Serving as the dedicated compensation partner for the Technology organization, the full-time Technical Compensation Partner will manage compensation programs, tools, and data infrastructure while supporting VP and Director level leaders across Engineering, Infrastructure, Machine Learning, and Data Science in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for tech leaders on compensation-related matters, including new hire offers and internal equity reviews
- Own end-to-end execution of the compensation cycle for tech client groups, including market benchmarking and budget modeling
- Develop AI-powered compensation tools and self-service dashboards to enhance decision-making and efficiency for recruiting teams and managers
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of compensation or analytics experience, particularly in technical roles and the AI/ML talent market
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL, Python, or R
- Proven experience as a compensation business partner within a technical or engineering organization
- Strong knowledge of third-party survey methodologies and ability to build pay structures across various geographies
- Experience in leading cross-functional compensation initiatives in fast-paced environments
