Technical Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure adherence to global compliance standards, the full-time remote Technical Compliance Analyst will manage transaction monitoring, KYC/B processes, and support the operational execution of compliance frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own transaction monitoring, KYC/B, and onboarding screening processes from end-to-end
• Configure and oversee transaction monitoring rules for cross-border flows and stablecoin-related activity
• Support the development of operating procedures and assist during bank examinations and audits

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of compliance experience with a strong understanding of scaling compliance programs
• Hands-on experience with transaction monitoring platforms and reporting obligations
• Experience in cross-border payments, FX, or digital asset-adjacent businesses is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with globally-based teammates
