Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Consultant - Activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Adoption team to deliver seamless technical onboarding and activation experiences
- Scope and tailor activation plans to meet each customer's unique needs and goals
- Manage project risks and challenges effectively, escalating where necessary
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related subject, or equivalent relevant experience
- ITIL Foundations Certification
- Project Management Certification
- Experience managing onboarding, implementation, or activation projects for tech products or services
- Familiarity with financial statements and financial processes is desirable
