Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to build relationships and provide support within project scopes
• Translate client needs and document processes, while potentially training personnel on applications
• Analyze client requirements and contribute to the design of business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical or engineering discipline
• 2 years of technical implementation experience
• 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably with industry-specific knowledge
• Knowledge of enterprise operating systems and cloud computing concepts
• Familiarity with coding concepts and data structures
