Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant - Large Clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide post go-live tier 3 client support and resolve production issues
Configure the platform to meet client requirements and perform data conversion analysis
Design and build reports and dashboards, and conduct user training

Required Qualifications

3+ years of previous technical consultant experience in a client-facing role
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and XML
Preferred experience in API and data mapping
Risk industry experience is preferred
