Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide staff augmentation services related to process mining for ITSM, focusing on ITOM Service Mapping
• Estimate and manage workload of approximately 20 hours per week for about 8 weeks
• Lead level consultation and support in technical aspects of the project

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen on US soil
• Background check required
• Experience in ITSM and ITOM Service Mapping
• Mid-Senior level expertise in relevant technical fields
• Part-time availability for the duration of the project
