Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant for the NowNext CRM Execution Team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deliver CRM and Industry Workflow solutions
Act as a trusted advisor and lead customer design workshops
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and support AI-first delivery

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with complex SaaS/CRM platforms
Expertise in at least one major CRM/workflow platform (Salesforce, Pega, etc.)
Strong understanding of CRM business processes
Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP, JSON, etc.)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required within 60-90 days of hire
