Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant to support customer onboarding and implementation of their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex no-code workflows to meet customer business needs
• Manage end-to-end customer implementations, ensuring timely delivery and quality
• Develop technical documentation and engage in customer-facing activities to facilitate successful onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in a technical consulting role or with SaaS enterprise solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Amazon AWS
• Strong knowledge of APIs, scripting, and data transformations; familiarity with JavaScript and/or Python preferred
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies for customer-facing implementations
