Technical Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Consultant to support healthcare data exchange initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and requirements for data delivery and engagement
- Analyze data quality and coordinate outreach to address integration issues
- Generate and communicate monthly and quarterly reports on data exchange metrics and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or analyst role related to health data integration
- Experience as a customer-facing subject matter expert for complex technical products
- Strong proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting system data flows
- Very strong knowledge of healthcare data standards such as CCDA, HL7, and FHIR
