Job Summary

Seeking a driven and technically sharp Technical Consultant for a full-time remote position, who will manage customer relationships, provide technical support, and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide timely technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring an exceptional experience
  • Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in their use of TeamDynamix
  • Identify and implement process improvements and AI-driven solutions to enhance support outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or technical support within SaaS environments
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity
  • Strong experience with troubleshooting methodologies and customer issue resolution
  • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and conversational AI solutions is preferred
