Job Summary

To support a growing Professional Services team, the full-time Technical Consultant will manage customer implementations of the Quiq platform, configure solutions, and provide strategic guidance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct workshops to gather customer requirements and document detailed design specifications for integration with the Quiq solution
  • Configure the Quiq platform to meet customer needs, including messaging channels and intelligent agent workflows
  • Deliver training sessions to customer stakeholders, ensuring proficiency in managing the Quiq application
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Specialist in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and complex customer service platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer service best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
