Technical Consultant

Job Summary

To support a dynamic Managed Services & Technical Operations team, the full-time remote Technical Consultant will manage ERP/CIS systems, ensuring reliability and security while collaborating closely with team members to deliver efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple ERP or customer information systems, focusing on system and database administration
• Ensure customer environment uptime through proactive management and troubleshooting, including participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation
• Develop automation tools and scripts for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance on Azure as part of complex implementation projects

Required qualifications

• 3 or more years of technical support, system administration, or managed services experience or education
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and some experience with Azure
• Flexibility to work on weekends when required
• Experience with Apache Tomcat and SSL certificates
• Strong analytical skills and technical acumen
