Technical Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing consulting organization, the full-time Technical Consultant will lead client onboarding and implementation of a wealth management platform, providing training and configuration assistance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements for RIAs and Broker Dealers, serving as the primary contact and building trusted client relationships
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs, configure platform settings, and deliver training sessions to ensure self-sufficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide consulting on best practices to improve operational efficiency and troubleshoot onboarding questions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2-5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation consulting, or a related client-facing role
• Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a comfort in learning new technology platforms
