Job Summary

To enhance client onboarding experiences, the full-time Technical Consultant will lead implementation projects for new clients using Advyzon's wealth management platform, providing training and support remotely while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements for RIAs and Broker Dealers, ensuring a smooth transition and client relationship management
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and configure platform settings accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate ongoing support and share client feedback for platform improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2-5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation consulting, or a related client-facing role
• Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a comfort in learning new technology platforms
