Technical Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing consulting organization, the full-time Technical Consultant will lead client onboarding and implementation of a wealth management platform, ensuring successful transitions for new clients while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements and serve as the primary consulting contact for clients, building trusted relationships
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and configure platform settings accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide virtual product training to ensure clients become self-sufficient users of the platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2-5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation consulting, or a related client-facing role
• Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
