Technical Consultant
Job Summary
Serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, the full-time remote Senior Technical Consultant will manage client integrations, devise solutions for technical challenges, and create supporting documentation while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the professional source for integration during project implementation, including pre-sales, sales, and post-sale support for clients
- Work with clients and partners to resolve technical challenges related to their unique environments and requirements
- Lead improvements in sales and engineering processes by creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting materials
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of technical integrations experience
- Experience with configuration tools and capability to fulfill technical tasks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client business needs into operational requirements
- Certification or ability to certify in Workday Integrations
- Industry knowledge of the HR Tech sector
