Technical Consultant - Gas Detection
Job Summary
To support enterprise customers in achieving real-time worker safety monitoring, the full-time remote Technical Consultant - Gas Detection will design and deploy integrated hardware and software solutions, oversee customer onboarding, and provide technical support for connected gas detection ecosystems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead installation design of connected portable gas detection solutions, ensuring integration of hardware and cloud software platforms
- Support end-to-end onboarding activities, including device provisioning, connectivity setup, and customer training on connected solutions
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for connected devices and platform integrations, acting as an escalation point for field service engineers and customer success teams
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years' experience in gas detection, industrial IoT, or technical consulting
- Experience with cloud platforms, data connectivity, and telemetry systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, Industrial, or related)
- Knowledge of compliance standards in industrial safety
- Experience deploying enterprise-scale IoT systems
