Technical Consultant I

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation of HRIS systems for clients, the remote hourly Technical Consultant I will manage software implementation projects, perform system setup and data validation, and maintain client relationships under the guidance of senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and support the configuration of cloud-based business applications
• Participate in software implementation projects from kickoff through go live
• Perform system setup, data validation, and testing activities while ensuring timely and accurate project completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technology platforms quickly
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to participate in vendor-provided training and certification programs
