Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks during implementation projects
• Manage day-to-day project tasks and deliver custom system training to ensure successful client transitions
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to optimize existing platforms and resolve technical issues

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing implementation role with a vendor or consulting organization
• Expert knowledge of HRIS software, particularly Dayforce, and experience with integrations between third-party systems
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
• At least 3 years of experience leading projects and managing client relationships
• Understanding of PII data governance and the ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive information
