Technical Consultant II

Job Summary

Serving as a client-side resource, the full-time Technical Consultant II will execute project tasks, manage technical configurations, and optimize client implementations on the UKG Ready platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project tasks for successful payroll transitions and serve on implementation projects for technical configurations and integrations
• Create custom reports and deliver system training to clients to ensure high adoption rates during implementations
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to analyze processes, identify optimization opportunities, and maintain project documentation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing implementation role with vendor or consulting organizations
• Expert knowledge of multiple modules within the UKG Ready platform, including implementation and custom reporting functionalities
• Experience with integrations between third-party systems, such as API, EDI, or batch processing of flat files
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
• Familiarity with Time & Attendance system configuration and labor allocation requirements
