Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Technical Consultant II, the full-time remote role will manage implementation projects, optimize system workflows, and deliver exceptional client training while demonstrating expert knowledge of UKG Ready software.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the implementation project as a client-side resource
- Manage day-to-day project tasks for successful payroll transitions
- Configure workflows to optimize system buildout and create custom reports
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing implementation role
- Expert knowledge of multiple modules within UKG Ready, including payroll
- Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations
- Prior experience owning and leading multiple projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
