Technical Consultant II
Job Summary
To support client relationships, the full-time remote Technical Consultant II will lead implementation projects, manage payroll transitions, and configure workflows while possessing expert knowledge of Paylocity software.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the implementation project as a client-side resource
- Manage day-to-day project tasks for successful payroll transitions
- Provide custom system training and create custom reports for clients
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing implementation role
- Expert knowledge of multiple Paylocity modules, particularly payroll
- Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations
- Prior experience owning and leading multiple projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
