Technical Consultant III

Job Summary

Providing high-level expert consulting services, the full-time Technical Consultant III will analyze client needs, recommend technology solutions, and assist in implementation while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and implement organizational strategies to meet client goals
• Conduct advanced studies and prepare presentations with recommendations for clients
• Manage operational support functions, including systems engineering and business process reengineering

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Administration experience with Windows 2000 Server or newer
• Knowledge of disaster recovery approaches and geographic redundancy
• Ability to obtain and maintain required customer clearance for system access
• Familiarity with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and third-party hardware infrastructure
