Job Summary

Managing customer interactions and leading an implementation team, the full-time Technical Consultant IV Java will participate in requirements sessions, solution configurations, and oversee project delivery for banking software products in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirements sessions to understand customer needs and identify product fit
• Manage an implementation team to ensure project delivery aligns with the project plan
• Guide the team on configurations, customizations, and integrations while coordinating with technical leads

Required qualifications

• 8 to 14 years of overall experience in client management and project delivery
• 5+ years of experience in the banking domain, specifically with software product implementations
• Proven experience in managing customer requirements and solutioning integrations
• Strong background in client management, preferably within financial institutions
• Experience in leading teams and coordinating project schedules and dependencies
