Technical Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics F&O

Job Summary

Serving as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts, the full-time salaried Microsoft Dynamics F&O Consultant will support complex, high-impact customers with multi-entity environments and advanced ERP integrations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams, guiding Microsoft F&O integration and system design
• Collaborate with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions
• Participate in technical discovery to understand customer F&O environments and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
• 4+ years in technical consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, including financial modules and integration patterns
• Deep familiarity with accounting workflows, including core functionalities like General Ledger and Accounts Payable
• Comfort working with APIs and system architecture, with the ability to explain concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
