Technical Consultant - ServiceNow

Job Summary

To support the design and implementation of identity management solutions, the full-time remote Technical Consultant - ServiceNow will focus on integrating IAM/IGA tools with ServiceNow, configuring user lifecycle processes, and optimizing workflows for access governance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement IAM/IGA solutions using platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Okta, and Ping Identity
• Support ServiceNow integration with IAM and IGA tools for access requests, approvals, and workflow automation
• Develop and maintain workflows, connectors, rules, policies, and access governance processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-7+ years in IAM, IGA, ServiceNow, or cybersecurity consulting
• Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Okta, and Ping Identity
• Experience with ServiceNow, especially workflows, catalog items, and integrations
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle management and access governance
