Job Summary

Managing a team of technical resources, the full-time Technical Consulting Manager will provide solutions to clients by defining needs, developing implementation plans, and overseeing technology solution delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define client needs and develop plans and proposals for project solutions
• Oversee the identification and development of technology solutions using company products and outsourced resources
• Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and contribute to departmental strategy and business plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6+ years of experience in technical consulting or customer service
• Practical knowledge in leading processes and managing projects within technical systems
