Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Technical Content Creator will produce engaging training materials, including videos and presentations, for the Identity Security product suite, primarily working remotely with occasional office visits and minimal travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce technical training videos that demonstrate product capabilities and best practices
• Design polished presentation decks for instructor-led training and webinars
• Build hands-on lab environments and exercises in collaboration with subject matter experts

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience creating technical training content, including videos and e-learning modules
• Experience with hands-on labs or test scenarios for technical products
• Proficiency in video production and editing tools, such as Articulate or Camtasia
• Strong skills in presentation design, particularly with PowerPoint or similar tools
• Ability to translate complex technical material into accessible content for diverse audiences
