Job Summary

Hands-on and technically oriented, the temporary remote Technical Content Program Manager will stabilize operations, unblock the team, and orchestrate AI-enabled content workflows while ensuring accountability and execution across multiple fast-moving workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day operational execution across multiple workstreams, managing action items and ensuring accountability
• Act as a fully integrated team member, attending core meetings and taking ownership of initiatives
• Navigate an AI-assisted content ecosystem to validate and operationalize content workflows

Required Qualifications

• Proven program management experience in a fast-paced tech environment
• Practical AI fluency with hands-on experience in AI-enabled workflows and developer tools
• Technical aptitude for participating in UAT and identifying bugs
• Exceptional organizational skills for turning ideas into structured action items
