Technical Content Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Content PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and manage content programs from ideation to publication and maintenance
• Author, edit, and review technical content, managing it through docs-as-code workflows
• Leverage software engineering practices and AI tools to enhance content creation and automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in technical content development or content program management for software products
• 2+ years of experience with docs-as-code tools, including Markdown and Git/GitHub
• Demonstrated experience using Visual Studio Code or similar code editors
• Solid understanding of software development concepts and experience with content management at scale
