Key Responsibilities

• Translate Linux CLI concepts into concise, user-friendly instructions
• Develop SOPs and compliance documentation in collaboration with leadership

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Linux environments, especially RHEL, Fedora, or CentOS
• Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance documentation
• Ability to interpret and format command-line output for technical documentation
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems like Pega and Confluence
• Background in advanced technical customer support or technical writing
