Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Content Writer (Install Guides).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear, accurate, and technically precise installation and configuration guides
• Document hardware architecture details, including GPU and CPU configurations and rack integration procedures
• Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to validate content and ensure alignment with company standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for enterprise hardware or data center infrastructure
• Proven ability to write installation and deployment guides for complex systems
• Familiarity with PCIe/Gen5, NVSwitch/NVLink, and GPU server platforms
• Strong grasp of rack-level integration, including power and cooling infrastructure
• Ability to interpret CAD diagrams and mechanical drawings
