Technical Contract Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Contract Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, revise, and proofread proposals, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate technical requirements into legal services contracts
• Maintain standardized documentation practices and ensure compliance with internal and external business standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• A minimum of two years of statement of work writing in a technical environment
• Working knowledge of IT Infrastructure and ability to analyze scope and level of effort
• Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
