Technical Contract Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Contract Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, revise, and proofread proposals, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate technical requirements into legal contracts
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and maintain documentation practices

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of two years of experience in statement of work writing in a technical environment
• Working knowledge of IT Infrastructure and ability to analyze scope and level of effort
• Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
