Technical Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Technical Producer and Technical Manager in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Technical Coordinator will manage technical readiness, workflow design, and vendor coordination for live, recorded, and hybrid productions originating from the Milan newsroom and studios.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously scout and propose innovative technical solutions to enhance production capabilities
• Co-design and implement new production workflows, including remote and hybrid setups
• Lead technical support during pre-production and live events, ensuring operational reliability and quality control

Required qualifications

• Solid broadcast engineering background with hands-on live experience in studios and control rooms
• Working knowledge of remote production tools and hybrid production setups
• Strong IT literacy and understanding of video/audio signal flows and production technologies
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in coordinating teams and managing vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment
