• Create hands-on workshops and performance-based assessments to validate learner competency across both domains

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IT Support and Data Analytics roles
• Proficiency in applying AI tools like ChatGPT to technical tasks
• 1-3 years of experience in instructional design or technical content creation
• Strong understanding of data analytics fundamentals and OS troubleshooting
• Familiarity with basic scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
