Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Specialist II (vAuto).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming technical support customer requests escalated by front-line support
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues, documenting and reporting on inquiries and resolutions
  • Build relationships with customer representatives and cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with CRM case logging and interaction distribution systems is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
