Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve application and product issues for clients via phone, email, chat, and other electronic communication methods
- Provide technical support and maintain expert-level knowledge of the company's processes and procedures
- Log customer information accurately in the CRM tool and facilitate communication with other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or IT help desk
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, or software troubleshooting
- Experience with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software is preferred
