Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve application and product issues for clients via phone, email, chat, and other electronic communication methods
  • Provide technical support and maintain expert-level knowledge of the company's processes and procedures
  • Log customer information accurately in the CRM tool and facilitate communication with other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or IT help desk
  • Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, or software troubleshooting
  • Experience with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software is preferred
