Job Summary

- Provide technical support and handle escalated customer requests
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone or online, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, or any degree/certification with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently or as part of a team
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with HTML and CSS troubleshooting preferred
- CRM case logging or Salesforce experience preferred
