Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Specialist I (Dealertrack DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions via phone and email, providing support for product usage and technical issues
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Dealertrack solutions and accurately log customer information in the CRM system
  • Adhere to support service level agreements for ticket processing and facilitate communication between departments as needed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; less than 2 years of experience preferred
  • Flexible to work any shift during business hours, including weekends
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle multiple open issues
  • Knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office
  • Associate's degree or Technical Certification preferred
