Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer support through various communication methods to resolve application and product issues
- Assist customers with routine questions regarding product usage and provide technical support on related issues
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM tool and facilitate communication with other departments as needed
Required Qualifications

- Generally, less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and document issues related to system performance and functionality
- Ability to accommodate flexible work schedules, including weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
