Job Summary

- Build relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, or any degree/certification with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently or as part of a team
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with HTML and CSS troubleshooting is preferred
- Dependability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
