Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Specialist I (DEALERTRACK DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client interactions via phone, email, and other methods, providing support for the Dealertrack family of products
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Dealertrack Solutions and accurately log customer information in the CRM system
  • Adhere to corporate objectives for ticket processing and facilitate communication between the Support Team and other departments
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Flexibility to work any shift during business hours
  • Knowledge of various computer applications, including MS Office
  • Technical background or experience with CAI Tech Support preferred
